The Research of User Experience Design in the Internet Shopping

With the continuous development of network technology in the 21st century, a large number of shopping sites emerged in front of Chinese Internet users. Internet shopping has become a part of life of Chinese netizens. Through the analysis of the development of Internet shopping, the writer tried to clarify the concept of user experience design as well as the methods and principles. Not only bring consumers a better shopping experience in human-computer interaction interface, user experience design can also help grasp the consumers’ shopping mood on the Internet to enhance the interaction experience between on-line goods and consumers. It is instructive in promoting the sustainable development of Internet shopping to introduce the experience design concept to people’s perspective of consumption.
