Applicable group core and anti-gravity low pressure casting technique

Basing on various practice examples, this thesis declares definition, features, fundamental techniques, related materials, and installation tooling of the group core and anti-gravity low pressure casting technology, and introduces related tools and equipments. Group core and anti-gravity low pressure casting technique is a method to inject liquid metal into a die with group cores overcoming gravity under a low atmosphere pressure, and exercise delay, pressure holding and pressure release in sequence, so to process casting products. Core assembly molding refers to the process to attach casting cores into external casting moulds, the casting cores and moulds may be made of sand, metal or non-metallic materials. During the process of anti-gravity low pressure casting, an appropriate atmosphere pressure will act on a sealed vessel in which the casting ladle is put, or on the sealed melting furnace to drive liquid metal run into a die through injection pipes and finish casting. Be able to improve casting products qualify and credit ratio, and use efficiency of liquid metals, and reduce comprehensive production cost significantly, the anti-gravity low pressure casting technology is applicable to casting of various alloy products and casting products. It may be a solution for green casting and employee shortages in the industry, the thesis also gives proposals and comments on the technologys application and promotion.
