The Analysis of Safety Culture Construction in Coal Mine
Safety culture is an an integral part for corporate culture, and it is an important guarantee for an enterprises safe production as well. For this reason, safety culture and corporate safety culture will be explained systematically in this paper. Furthermore, along with the characteristics of coal mines, the safety culture construction in coal mines will be studied from such aspects as publicity, education, training, legislative construction, ethical construction and humanity construction of safety culture. The safety culture construction will help coal mines to enhance their safety quality and safety conciousness of their staff and workers, which is significant for creating a safe and harmonious work environment and is beneficial for the sustainable development of coal mines as well.
