Theoretical Evaluation on Specific Impulse of DMAZ Fuel with Various Liquid Oxidizers

Dimethyl amino ethyl azide (DMAZ), as a novel liquid fuel and a high energy density material, is a good replacement for conventional liquid fuels in space programs. This is due to proper physical-chemical, safety and environmental properties of DMAZ. Specific impulse, as a most important ballistic property, of DMAZ with various liquid oxidizers will be evaluated theoretically in this article. Finally, a proper liquid oxidizer will be suggested.
