A Compact F/5 Camera Lens with MEMS Focus Control

摘要：

A MEMS deformable mirror provides electronically adjustable focal length for a compact camera lens by introducing a variable power surface that is both achromatic and potentially aspheric. In this paper we describe an F/5. 0 lens with variable focal length in the range of 12. 8-15. 0 mm, for an object distance range of 4. 1 cm to infinity, and with an image field of view of 32°.
