Exploration and Study into the Factors Determining the Decision-Making of College Students in Career

摘要：

Through the questionnaire investigation, author of the paper found the following factors determining the decision-making of career of college students: value system or expectation of parents, teachers, classmates, current posts of parents and counselors. The influence of these factors is various in gender, finance and social status.Meanwhile, 5 suggestions are offered to the education of college basic on the analysis of their causes.
