In order to meet the global challenges of financial integration and liberalization, Chinas financial industry need a lot of human sources who master the operating financial skills.Universities and colleges are required to carry out financial experimental education.This paper analyzes the necessity of financial experiment teaching, the current status and explores how to carry out the financial experimental education.
