A Stakeholder Framework for Comparative Analyzing Oil Spill Response in China and Korea

From Australia Great Keppel Island to Gulf of Mexico of United States,from Singapore Strait to Yellow Sea of China,from Red Sea of Egypt to Arabian Sea of India,more than ten oil spills 1 have occurred throughout the world from beginning of 2010 and that are currently ongoing.An oil spill happens when people make mistakes or are careless which causes the accidental petroleum release into the environment,and may result in oil pollution over large areas,especially to coast areas which with lots of residence or tourists,and present serious environmental hazard.It is reported that the primary source of accidental oil input into seas is associated with oil transportation by tankers and pipelines (about 70%),whereas the contribution of offshore drilling and production activities is minimal (less than 1%).2 Since 1970s,there has been a sharp increase in the reported number of oil discharges and in the volume of oil lost.Since 1994 China has been the second largest consumer of energy,lagging LaggingStrategy used by a firm to stall payments,normally in response to exchange rate projections.behind only the United States,and in officially United States of America,republic (2005 est.pop.295,734,000),3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km),North America.
