Study of Reaction Rule for NEPE Propellant in Cook-Off Test
Cook-off tests with three different heating rate were carried out for NEPE propellant. Temperature changing processes of different positions in the samples were measured by thermocouples, and the reaction degree of propellant was gained by blast pressure gauges. The results of the tests initially show that the reaction degree for NEPE propellant is accordant under three different heating rate in cook-off test. Numerical simulation was made for propellant by Arrhenius model. Calculated temperature result was consistent with test result.
