RAPIDLY CONVERGENT INTEGRAL EQUATION MODELLING OF EM WAVE PROPAGATION THROUGH INHOMOGENEOUS MEDIA
An integral equation formulation of the propagation of electromagnetic waves through a collection of inhomogeneous objects is presented. A block station-ary method, the block forward backward technique is shown to be more computationally efficient than a Krylov method. A technique for further reducing the number of iterations needed by the stationary method is developed and shown to produce further computational savings.
