1.Introduction The telecommunication industry represents in 2007 more then 3.5％ of the world GDP up from 2.1％ in 1995 where Mobile radio communication is dominant. Nowadays the global number of mobile phones and of mobile PC subscribers alone have exceeded two billion and five hundred million respectively and their numbers are still increasing exponentially1.
