Discussion about How to Carry Out Bilingual Teaching in Higher Colleges and Universities

Bilingual teaching is an important countermeasure to improve English practical ability of undergraduates in higher colleges and universities after entry of WTO, this article analyses significance and current problems of bilingual teaching ? and puts forward the suggestions how to improve effectiveness of bilingual teaching.
