Research on Human Resources Management of Universities and Colleges Based on Incentive Theory
The incentive mechanism is an important part of human resources management, and also has its particularity in this particular organization of colleges and universities. Using incentive theory scientifically to mobilize the work enthusiasm of faculty, and full play their creativity is an effective means for raising the overall level of colleges and universities. This article started with important role of incentive mechanism in the human resources management of colleges and universities to analyze the current research status and problems of teachers incentives, and also analyze and discuss the use of incentive approach of human resources management and the construction of incentives mechanisms in colleges and universities, so raised the corresponding measures to build incentive mechanism in colleges and universities.
