The Role of Novelty Retrieval in Innovation Evaluation of R&D Institutions

摘要：

This paper analyzes the approaches of innovation evaluation of R & D institutions with characteristics of novelty retrieval, and then concludes the importance of novelty retrieval in innovation evaluation of R & D institutions. At the end of this paper the further developments on novelty retrieval in innovation evaluation of R&D institutions are discussed.
