THE RESEARCH ON THE DISTRIBUTION OF DRAUGHT MONITOR SITES
In the last ten-day of August, 2003, the authors organized a soil moisture content experiment in Tongzhou, Beijing. The measured soil moisture data was analyzed by clustering method. At the same time, reasonable monitor sites amount and position in the county has been researched by Davies Bouldins index criterion in the paper. The final result has been displayed on GIS map and proves that clustering method fits for draught survey. It will provide theoretical foundation for draught monitor in the future.
