Nine Modified Velocity Strategies
Velocity is one of important composition of Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO).By prognosticating the locomotor’s direction of the atom,it can influence the arithmetic’s efficiency potently.In order to pledge the stability of arithmetic,here introduces the max velocity constant to limit velocity size by way of absorbs.In this paper we exhibited three modes: Assimilation(A-A),Reflect(R-R) and Circulate(C-C),and they are leaded out the other 6 strategies as Assimilation-Reflect A-R),Assimilation-Circulate (A-C),Reflect-Assimilation (R-A),Reflect-Circulate (R-C),Circulate-Assimilation (C-A) and Circulate-Assimilation (C-A).This paper also gives a good alternative for the application of the algorithm by lots of efficiency experiment.Further more,this paper classifies the testing functions and draws a conclusion for selection of the testing function which could meet the speed demand,and make the result better.In the following tables of this paper,the “mean is the result’s mathematical expectation; the “std is the result’s standard deviation.
