Develop a molti-variables and non-linear Model for the Engine Test Data Treatment
It always needs the huge numbers of the experiment data from the engine test bed to monitor and analyse the ENGINE performance for either newly developed Engine or the existed engine. These data will be used to investigate the relationship between the individual engine input parameters & the engine output,to study the best engine performance conditions. The best way to do so is to obtain a mathematics model from the tested data. The Engine Operation System is a multi-variable,non-linear system, the popular model currently employed to abstract a mathematics model from the experiment data is Polynomial Model. The paper introduces the Polynomial models used in Engine test data analysis first and then the weakness of the polynomial model has been discussed. After it,a new mathematics model is discussed, which is a model contents the different functions,e.g.Constants,Linear function and exponatioal function. The features of the model have been discussed clearly in the paper. The parameters of the newly developed module are defined by the existed tested date through the Genetics Algorithm. Finally the paper shows the successfully applications of the new model used in the Engine Tested Data modelling for the Petro Engine. It still shows the comparison of the difference of the results from Polynomial model and new model during the data modelling. It is clearly that the new model provides much more better results to express the relationship between the input and output variables.
