Human Resources Development Scheme is Essential in Todays Private Enterprises
The people who run private enterprises have some common faults in developinghuman resources at present.For example, the investment to train staffs is insufficient;enterprise does not have overall training demand to investigate; the enterprises lacks the flexibility to give lessons, and there is no flexible benefit evaluation system. This text has analysed and put forward the corresponding suggestions to the questions that exists: The people who run the enterprise should change the traditional idea, think about training by strategic eyes, analyse through effective training demand,take flexible training method,set up scientific benefit evaluation system is it achieve the goal of improving result of training to come.
