Research on the Implementing Model of Chinese Government-Invested Construction Project

摘要：

Because government-invested construction projects have characteristics of political correlation,public use and government agency, to enhance government investments benefits, it needs to establish a management mechanism to adapt its own characteristics. Profited from successful project management mode of developed countries and regions in the world, and combined with reform experiences on implementing model of government-invested construction projects of partial region in recent years, from the angle of organization and implementation, this paper proposes the idealized implementing model,direction and concrete steps of reform on Chinese non-profit government-invested construction project.
