Numerical Modeling and Experimental Investigation of Non-adiabatic Capillary Tube in a Refrigerator

On the basis of considering the existing main calculation model of refrigerator capillary synthetically, a regenerator capillary mathematics model which includes six parts of flowing obstruction has been developed. In this model, the influence of the capillary tube-suction line counter-flow heat exchanger and the outlet/inlet section mutation were considered. Using this model, flowing characters of the refrigerant under three different working conditions were simulated, and the influence of the condensation temperature,evaporation temperature and relatively position of the capillary were also studied.The obtained results show that the condensation temperature is of greatest influence on the flowing characters.
