The Development Research of the University Library Based on the Innovation Management
The development of the library which should be made effectively and efficiently by the management innovation is very important to the university. The management innovation is inevitable to the profit organization and the non-profit organizations. Only in this way, can the organizations be developed prosperously. Nowadays, if the university want to be developed, the management of the library must be innovated unceasingly, which is urgent to adapt to the development of the information technology and meet the higher educations demands. Through introducing the innovation management,this article analyzed the present management situation of the university library and elaborated the implication of the innovation management in university library. Moreover, the specific measures were proposed about the innovation management in the university library, which is useful to the development to the university library. Lastly but not the least, the inspection mechanism of developing the university library was introduced to inspect the result of implementing the innovation management, which gives the university an effective and perfect method to develop the library.
