Building on Soft Management Model of Human Resource
With the approaching of the era of knowledge economy, the old rigid management of human resource (HR) is becoming flexible. A pliable model of the flexible management of HR comes into being. The article first analyses the content of the flexible management model of HR, then discusses several important aspects of the flexible management of HR: flexible salary strategy, flexible stimulation system, flexible performance appraisal, soft employee management, and so on.
