Research and Control of Mold Level Fluctuation in 1700 ASP Medium-thin Slab Continuous Casting Ultra-low Carbon steel

Based on experience of 1700 ASP medium-thin slab continuous casting ultra-low carbon steel at An Steel, the factors affecting on mold level fluctuation were analyzed systemically, and the corresponding control measures were put forward. So effective control of mold level fluctuation was realized, the constant casting rate was increased, and the steady casting of 1700 ASP medium-thin slab continuous casters at An Steel was assured.
