Noise reduction of AE signal in predicting the disasters of coal mine
AE (Acoustic Emission) technique is one of the effective methods to predict the dynamical disasters of coal mine.However,owing to the real application of AE technique in coal mine,the main problem was that there was some complex and various noises in working environment of mine,and the noises would superpose the effective AE signal.As a result,the AE signal is difficult to be identified from the interference signal.To reduce the noise,the numerical filter technique can be competent for the work.LMS (Least Mean Square) adaptive filter was suitable to reduce noise in mine and the MATLAB simulated experiment indicated that this method could availably restrain the noises in a certain extent.
