The Study on Temperature Control Measures of Some Roller Compacted Concrete Gravity Dam
According to the structural design and arrangement feature of some roller compacted concrete gravity dam, by use of The roller compacted concrete dam simulation analysis program RCTS in temperature field and thermal stress field, some conditions of dam construction in whole process are simulated as follows: the course of layered pouring, mould of setting and removing, concrete maintenance, variety of surroundings and climate, dropping of temperature and insulatin by manual means, flood control during construction, reservoir impounding and the thermal and mechanical property of material varied with time. The stability temperature field, instability temperature field and thermal stress field of the overflow monolith both in construction period and operating period are analyzed, which are contribute to the selecting of structural design and construction planning about RCC gravity dam.
