Process conditions of preparation 1 ，5-pentanediol from 1 ，5-dimethyl glutarate by hydrogenation

摘要：

1,5-Pentanediol was synthesized from dimethyl glutarate by hydrogenation on fix bed catalytic reactor with the catalyst YJYCH, The effects of temperature 、pressure 、the molar ratio of hydrogen to dimethyl glutarate and flow rate were discussed. When temperature was about 215 ℃, pressure was 5.0 Mpa, flow rate was about 0.38 h -1 , the molar ratio of hydrogen to dimethyl glutarate was 96, the conversion rate of dimethyl glutarate was more than 98％, the selectivity for pentanediol was more than 97％.
