THE RESEARCH AND OPTIMIZATION OF THE COMPLEX EXTRUSION TECHNOLOGY OF HALF-AXLE WITH FLANGE
It is a new technology that uses the one-step figuration technology to machining the half-axle of car, In the text, the software Deform2D was used to simulate the process of thermal extrusion of the car half-axle. And a group of optimized technological parameters were gained through analyzing the warm-up temperature, extrusion velocity and friction coefficient that was affected to distortion force and the shape of the product, which gain a benefit use in the process of manufacture.
