THE INVESTIGATION ON OFF-GRID POWER STATION IN WESTERN FOUR PROVINCES

摘要：

Through an on-site investigation on 22 off-grid PV/H power stations in western four provinces. The village operators were questioned about the station. Their skill were examined. The end-users were asked about using electricity. The problems which were in the operation and maintenance of the station, the process of end-users using electricity were summarized. The rational suggestions on the village operators training and how to improve the end-users common knowledge of safety and rational using electricity were put forward.
