Disperse dyeing of polysulfonamide fabric with acetophenone

摘要：

　　Due to the special structure of polysulfonamide fabric,dyestuffs are difficult to penetrate into the fiber at the conventional conditions.Disperse dyeing of polysulfonamide fiber with acetophenone as a carrier is carried out.Influences of the dosage of acetophenone,dyeing temperature and times,as well as pH value on dyeing performance of sulfone fabric are discussed.The results show that the optimized process is: acetophenone 10g/L,leveling agent TOP 0.5g/L,dyeing at 100℃ for 60min,and the sulfone dyeings feature color fastness to washing of grade 4-5 and dry rubbing of grade 4.
