Research on Cultural Management of Modern Chinese Garment Enterprises

The culture in garment enterprises refers to the specific culture which is formed during the process of production and operation. Modern Chinese garment enterprises demand urgently for a systematic and perfect corporate culture. Corporate culture contains five parts including environment, values, heroic figures, ceremony and network of the culture. These five parts play an essential role in the cultural construction of garment enterprises.
