The Research on Microstructure and Performance of Cladding Sulfuric Acid Corrosion Resistant Alloy by Laser Cladding

  According to the performance requirements of sulphuric acid corrosion valve we developed the powder suitable for cladding.High temperature and concentrated sulphuric acid corrosion coating on 304 stainless steel with semiconductor laser.The structure of the cladding layer was analyzed by SEM,EDS and XRD.The cladding layers are mainly composed of Ni2.9Cr0.7Fe0.36、FeNi3、Fe0.64Ni0.36、γ-(Fe,Ni).The corrosion mechanism of the cladding layer in 120 ℃,98%concentrated sulfuric acid was analyzed.The results showed that a certain amount of SiO2 was enriched in the grain boundaries of the cladding layer,and intergranular corrosion occurred in the cladding layer after the SiO2 layer was corroded.Determining the microhardness and rockwell hardness of the cladding layer.The microhardness of the cladding layer is in HV0.2600~HV0.21000 and rockwell hardness is HRC63.Cladding layer corrosion rate is 0.0205mm·a-1 at 98%,120 ℃ in the sulfuric acid.Corrosion resistance level is 4.The hardness and corrosion resistance can meet the performance requirements of the enterprises on the corrosion resistance of sulphuric acid.Prepared laser cladding valve sample.Lay the foundation for engineering application.
