Research on the Production Process of High Performance Atomized Iron Powder

摘要：

　　The market demand for high compressibility water atomized iron is steadily expanding,and it is urgent to promote the research and production of high compressibility water atomized powder.At present,it is feasible to further improve the compressibility of water atomized powder for PM customers by means of optimizing production techniques.Based on the current production techniques,the compressibility of water atomized powder was improved by optimizing parameters of the proportion,melting,refining,atomizing and second reduction production process.
