Study on the Performance of Metal Magnetic Powder Cores and Highgreen Density with Body Enhance Technology
The magnetic powder cores of atomization FeSiAlare of low loss,high performance DC bias,but the particles are balls,too difficult molding to low strength in green body.By adding organic filling in magnetic powder,improvingmold method,adjusting the fluidity of powder,the density and strength of powder molding coressignificantly improve.After heat treatment,magnetic core products make improvements in the DC bias characteristics,reduce in the total loss of cores,with total optimized performance.The relations between the addition of organic matter,the change of the density in molding and the changing law of the magnetic core are clearly explained.
