Characterization of Fe3O4@CS Composite Magnetic Particles
The Fe3O4@CS composite magnetic fluid was prepared successfully by microemulsion method in this paper.We use FeCl3 and FeSO4 as iron source,and nano-Fe3O4 magnetic particles were prepared by the chemical coprecipitation method.Then the surface of the obtained composite magnetic particles of Fe3O4 were coated with Chitosan particles(CS).The prepared composite particles were characterized by X-ray diffraction,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,Raman spectroscopy,VSM vibrating sample magnetometer and transmission electron microscope.It is expected that the chitosan and nimodipine coated uniformly Composite nanoparticles.Finally,biological experiments will be carried out to determine the drug loading and the release rate in vivo.The released amount of the Fe3O4@CS composite nanoparticles in vivo will be higher.The promising applications of Fe3O4@CS composite nanoparticles in biomedicine provide the basis for the next study,which is of great significance for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases and migraine.
