Fe-50%Ni Soft Magnetic Alloy Prepared by 3D Gel-Printing
The Fe-50%Ni soft magnetic alloy was firstly prepared with conventional carbonyl iron and carbonyl nickel powders as raw materials by 3D gel-printing(3DGP)process.The carbonyl iron and carbonyl nickel powders were mixed by ball-milling.And then the mixed powders were added into a solution based on a 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA)gelation system to prepare the metal slurry, with a solid loading of 44 vol.%,whose rheological behavior is suitable for the 3DGP process. The results show when the addition of oleic acid as dispersant is 1.2 wt%,the fluidity of slurry is the best. The maximum permeability and saturation induction of the sample printed by the nozzle size of 0.5 mm reach 16493,and 1.38T,respectively.
