　　This article through to the analysis of the camshaft timing gear product figure,combining with the characteristics of powder metallurgy parts forming and the production technology of the camshaft timing gear is determined.According to the experience of the previous camshaft timing gear production,optimization design,a set of pressing mould overcomes the camshaft timing gear easy to crack during forming,the difficult problems of demoulding,to run the production.
