Application of Ferrous PM Joining and Welding Technology in Automotive Parts
Joining and Welding technology is a method to save raw material and energy,reduce machining,increase efficiency,cut cost and achieve the conjunction with the same or different types of materials.Based on Ferrous powder metallurgy structural parts,this article demonstrates some joining and welding technologies in automobile parts,and mainly discusses the mechanism of spot welding,brazing,rubber coating,glue bonding,press fitting and sinter-joining.The objective of the present work is to investigate the analysis CAE of processing,product performance testing and failure of a new product.The research provides a theoretical and experimental basis for the development,preparation and engineering application of complicated powder metallurgy parts.
