Experimental Study on the Application of New Modified Paraffin Molding Agent for Cemented Carbide
Taking the new moding agent for cemented carbide as the research object,the WC+10%Co and WC+16%Co cemented carbide made of ordinary paraffin molding agent and new molding agent were analyzed respectively.By comparing the properties of four kinds of spray blends and the surface structure of cemented carbide compacts,it shows that the new molding agent not only can disperse uniformly in ethanol,but also has good fluidity and high pressing efficiency,able to suppress large parts and special-shaped products with high cobalt content,which is helpful to solve the problem of environmental protection caused by adoption of a large number of solvents,and to improve the technical quality level of the products.
