A New Preparation Technology of Nano-MoO3 Powders
This paper introduces a new preparation technology of nano-MoO3 powders.Firstly,molybdenum powders for steelmaking was prepared by a vacuum decomposition technology of molybdenite,which is a new generation molybdenum metallurgy process,by which the sulphur and the volatile nonferrous metal elements such as Pb,Zn,As,Sb,etc.,and the accompanying WO3 of molybdenite were removed.Secondly,ultra-pure nano-MoO3 powders could be obtained by the methods of MoO3 sublimation and rapid condensation in the condenser.This new technology solved the problem about SO2 environmental pollution and low-purity MoO3 powders in the traditional preparation technology of nano-MoO3 powders.The thousand-ton-level molybdenum metallurgy production plant had been built.And on this basis,the process unit of ultra-pure nano-MoO3 powders had already been built and gone into mass production.
