Development and Performance Analysis of Electronic Control Armature for Powder Injection Molding

  The increasing control precision of various systems has put forward more and more performance requirements to the executive components of the electronic control system.In this paper,an electronic control armature for fuel electronic control system is manufactured by metal injection molding(MIM).We analyze and compare the performance of armature produced by mechanical cutting with the same material,the results show that: the application of MIM technology to replace the traditional manufacturing process can simplify the manufacturing process for the armature with complex shape and structure.And by adjusting the content of the main elements,the electromagnetic and dynamic response characteristics of the electronic control armature can be improved.
