However, the phenomenon of officials just going through the motions is increasingly serious, especially in the critical period of deepening reform. Governments in all the regions are actively exploring effective measures for the phenomenon of officials just going through the motions and the inaction of cadres, which is a challenge that restricts the reform and development of the country.
