Driving Factors of Administrative Cost in China:An Empirical Analysis

　　From a global perspective, administrative cost problems discussed in this paper are focus in all countries around the world.In recent years, administrative cost in China presents a rapid growth trend.The public urge reducing administrative cost.Based on the relevant data about Chinese administrative cost from 2000 to 2013, this article builds a multivariate linear regression model and quantitatively analyses administrative cost driving factors.The study shows that fiscal expenditure and urbanization level are key driving factors.They have a forward promoting effect on administrative cost.Correspondingly, we put forward several suggestions for controlling administrative cost within a reasonable range.In addition, we can reflect the successful experience of other countries in the world.And the global countries can learn from each other in controlling administrative cost.
