An Empirical Study on Relationship between Civil Servants Assessment System Cognition, Job Burnout and Job Performance in China
It is generally considered that the occupation of civil servants is enviable and desirable in China, but civil servants appear the Phenomenon of job burnout in real work.This paper conducts empirical research on the relationship between civil servants assessment system cognition, job burnout and job performance.The results show that: assessment system cognition has a significant negative effect on civil servants job burnout, and civil servants job burnout has a significant negative effect on job performance.The results explain the reason of civil servants job burnout from the assessment system perspective, and verify the consequence on job performance that civil servants job burnout makes.Then this paper puts forward management suggestions for government to alleviate civil servants job burnout and improve civil servants job performance.
