Research on Leading Cadres Education Effect Based on the WeChat Platform in China

　　With the popularity of the internet and mobile internet, the education form of leading cadres needs to keep up with the times and the constant innovation driven by the diversity of information, the complexity of society and the development of technology.Nowadays, intelligent terminal equipments access to network provides convenience for mobile education and contributes to the fragmentation of learning time and content.WeChat platform provides an opportunity for innovation of education form with its advantages and the large number of users.This paper makes a case study of a specific public account, collects data on leading cadres education based on the accounts on WeChat platform and the third-party platform.On this basis, through data analysis study it analyzes the user behavior and the effect of this education form to provide references for the innovation of leading cadres education.
