Actors Analysis of Large Aircraft Industry Policy Making in China

摘要：

　　Although China is the second largest economy in the world, its aviation industry has not conformed to its position of powerful nation.Aviation industry has a major branch—the large aircraft industry, which is the weakest point of China.This paper focus on how the Chinese explored to develop and make decisions in large aircraft industry, how Chinese political system influence national policies and what the roles of the actors involved in these decision making processes.The paper also analyzes the complicated relationships among these actors and how they interact with each other.The authors draw their conclusions according to the actor analysis perspective.
