On Government Performance Management in China

摘要：

　　As an approach to the improvement and evaluation of government performance,government performance management is playing a more and more important role in modem public management activities.It is also of great significance for the increase of government efficiency.There is an inevitable trend for the current government administrative reform to lay the stress on government performance management.Thus, the concept and significance of government performance management are explored first.Then, the problems of its promotion are studied.On this basis, the corresponding suggestions are put forward to resolve these problems.
