The Empirical Study on the Influence Factors to Net Citizens Behavior of Participating in Network Group Events--Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior

  With the rapid development of information technology, the network group event has shown a rising trend but brought negative effects on the construction of network security and cyberspace civilization.This study attempts to examine the citizens behaviors of participating in the network group events in empirical research method according to theory of planned behavior and investigate the correlation between citizens behavior and attitude toward the behavior, subjective norm,and perceived behavior control.The research shows that attitude toward the behavior, subjective norm,and perceived behavior control have a significant positive impact on the participating behaviors.This research can encourage the government to have clear awareness of the factors involved in the network group events, providing some guidance on cyberspace management and network group event prevention for government.
