On Development of Network Governance with the Involvement of Urban Communities

摘要：

　　Network governance theory originated from the United States in the 1990s is an advanced innovation in the public governance theory.Scholars at home and abroad have conducted abundant researches on network governance, and the research results are of certain referential significance to the development of governance with the involvement of urban communities in China.First of all, the network governance theory and the factors influencing network governance with the involvement of communities are firstly elaborated.Then, the exploration is made from four aspects, namely concept and purpose, subjects, structural factor, and instrumental factor.On this basis, development strategies for network governance with the involvement of communities in China are put forward, in hopes of achieving the cooperative rule of community governance.
