On Public Intention of Continued Use of Government Websites by Applying Grounded Theory
Government website is an important part of E-Government construction, and its success relies on users continued use.Various researches retrieve data from the commercial information system while taking little consideration of the actual E-Government.Besides, the existing theories cannot fully explain the problems in the construction of government websites.Based on Grounded Theory, this paper takes government portal website as the research object and collects data through interviews.By using of Nvivo8.0 for encoding analysis, this research gets the theoretical saturation.Further, some new concepts and an integrated theoretical framework are proposed to explain the public intention of continued use of government websites.Innovatively, this paper explains the mechanism of the continued use of government websites and the proposal of some new theoretical concepts.
