System Reform of Administrative Examination and Approval According to Law in China

　　System Reform of Administrative Examination and Approval shall be conducted as the following three aspects: Firstly, Examination and Approval authority should clearly defined non-Licensing examination and approval which subject to Administrative Licensing law of the Peoples Republic of China.Secondly, canceling and adjusting a bath of items according to the Law of Examination and Approval, which regulate open and transparent procedures and oversight over the exercise of Administrative Approval power.Thirdly, government organs shall strictly conduct verification and regulation, as well as, transforming from pre-examination and approval to post-examination and approval.
